Our Pre-school provides a good foundation for learning both socially and academically. It’s an opportunity to learn to share, follow instructions, and begin the foundation for learning that will occur in the primary school.

Our Pre–school is designed to provide a secure, happy and an interesting experience for all children.The Play–Way method is followed in introducing colours, letters and numbers. English, Math and Sinhala are taught as subjects while the kids learn about the environment through various activities. Circle–time is given high priority in the Pre School section to effectively engage with all students and to raise kids’ awareness of many topics through activities such as storytelling, chart reading, show and tell, life lessons, etc.

Themed days & weeks (Colour Day, Flower Week) are organized to introduce different concepts. The kids practice good manners, healthy eating habits, table manners and other social skills during this stage. All these activities assist in developing their fine motor and life skills.

Our kids visit public places with the teachers to get a better understanding of what they hear and learn in class.
Physical education is incorporated into weekly timetable and is aimed at developing kids’ gross motor skills. This is also encouraged through events such as the ‘Kiddies Day’.
